F. Cutting work outline

    Connecting “ON” switch, add little water when machine is running and put suitable amount of material to the machine. （Material diameter under 8/cm）. Leaf blade will turn over the material to the fixed thickness of the place of flate cutter. And crosscut cutter will cut the bars into cubes and flow down to the machine after round cutter cuts material into bars. Easily operate, and processing material is clean and delicacy.

G. Voltage connection

    Power: 3 phase / 415V / 4P / 0.75KW. Connect power cord （red, black, white） when use the machine. Then connect （green） line to insurance after that start to operating.

H.   Installing location

    Consider whether the water drains unimpededly or not when install the machine.

I.   Watch out the machine running

    Make sure there are no foreign objects on the entrance of the machine and inside of the leaf blade after connecting voltage to avoid the cutter broken while the machine running. Make sure the direction of leaf blade is correct, rith circum gyratoin （clock-wise）.

J. Method of adjusting thickness of flate cutting

The standard allocation method as follows: （if cut cube is formed by three Cutter）

（1） The first knife （cutting thickness）: Plane broadswords Z.     （Adjustable by cutting thickness）

（2）   The second knife （cutting width）: Circular knife Group Y.

K.   Method of adjusting aluminum fence

Aluminum fence feeds material to crosscut cutter when round cutter cuts the material. This is why the sharp place of aluminum fence has to get close to the cushion of gap of round cutter or the dimension of aluminum fence marks on the bottom right side.

（1） Avert black screw of fixed eccentric axis.

（2） Pull down the fixed bolt of round cutter eccentric axis. Then round cutter can be discharged.

（3） Fix the u-shape spanner on the round cutter set, then loosen sexangular on the round cutter axis （two sides of 24m/m spanner）, then it can be taken out.

N. Daily cleansing

    Clean the machine after finish the jobs. Run the machine while operating, then wash it by flush water to clean the leavings.
